The good news- My kids ate everything in the house so I couldn't eat bad with them- there was nothing left.
At one point in the week, I had 9 children at my house,(some of which I didn't even know their names) All eating my snacks! Kid you not, I probably spent $400.00 in groceries over a 5 day period!
Top recited phrases of this past April Vacation:
1. "Can I have a snack"
2. " We are bored"
3. "Where are you taking us for fun today" (no imagination these days)
4. "Can (so and so) come over, sleep over, or play"
5. " Can you drive us here_______ "(insert the furthest place you can imagine, yet still being "on cape")
I have repented for my very bad prior weekend eating.
This week I was perfect-good food, good gym time.
The rub
It's the weekend again!
Give me the strength to avoid bad eating and set backs this time!
My body cannot physically endure another week of abuse to make up for bad eating...
The old saying " A minute on the lips is a lifetime on the hips", so true, and it is the saying repeating in the back of my brain-constantly!
