I swear I have osteoporosis or something. I was doing remedial abs with my fantastic trainer Heather Crosby at the CCFC, (apparently I did a poor job the day before at bootcamp), My hips were clicking, by legs were popping, and my back began to spasm. I trucked on and finished my workout. Later at home my stepson Ty asked if we could go play catch outside, "sure" I replied thinking I could get a little more movement for the day. I actually got a good running around session. Later in the evening it was off to volleyball.
Today I am officially "Frankenstein". I can't bend and I am walking around like a zombie. Every muscle, and bone hurts!
Even my skin aches if that is possible.
This "being active" thing is for the birds- please tell me it gets easier!

I hope it gets easier...I'm not at the stage of your type of working out yet. I'm comfortable at the walking the dogs every night. A little longer every day. I'm up to running a tenth of a mile so far with 2 dogs in tote(harder then you think) Tonight I'm going to try to run 2 times around the circle which will by 1/5 of a mile. Keep up the good work
